「こもれび」

"Komorebi"(Sunlight through the trees) Sellected work at 14th Silk Museum dyed clothes exhibition in 1996

　京都の南禅寺へ訪れたとき、紅葉がステンドグラスのような輝きを放っていたのをヒントにして、もち糊のせきだしとうたし糊と言う２つの技法を味付けに用いたもち糊手描友禅です。
As visiting "Nanzen Temple"in Kyoto, I had some idea that autumn colors is seen like brightness of stained glass. 　　To simulate this brightness, I used two techniques involving minced fish glue.

　紅葉や銀杏の部分にもち糊によるせきだしを用いて、何度も色を重ねて透明感を表現しました。
It is represented the feeling of transparency as putting colour on many time by putting "sekidashi" of glutinous rice glue on parts of red leaf and gingo leaf.
