My design

私が現在テーマにしているのは、時代は変わっても変わらぬ日本人の心の情景を友禅で表現したいと思い染めています。
風情のある友禅染で、日本の四季を楽しんでいただければと、また、誂えを中心に活動していますので、お客様のニーズにあった着物が提供できますよう心がけています。
格調高い古典柄、モダンな感覚のデザインなど、私は土地柄、東京手描友禅に属していますが、伝統を尊重しつつも現代に合った感覚の着物を染めていきたいと思います。
I wish to represent eternal Japanese mind and heart as my present theme through Yuzen dyeing. Customers will enjoy Japanese four season through Yuzen dyeing. And then, I can supply and make custom Kimono clothes according to customer's request and needs. I,belong to the group of Tokyo hand draw Yuzen dyeing,wish to make Kimono dress which has classical design and modern design with respect of traditional custom.

私が主に用いる技法を紹介します。
Introduction of my techniquesI would like to introduce my techniques that I mainly use.

●撒き糊（まきのり）
Maki nori(Glue scattering)

撒き糊はすでに江戸時代後期には使われていた技法で、漆蒔絵の漆地に浮き上がった金箔や金粉のような効果になります。繊細で上品な仕上がりになる技法です。
「冬牡丹」の雪の表現に用いています。
Glue scattering creates the effect like a gold leaf or gold dust that comes up gold lacquer. This is a technique that has been used in the latter Edo period. It is technique that creates sensitivity and elegant finish . I am using it in the expression of snow on the work of "Peony in winter".

● 一珍糊（いっちんのり）
Icchin-nori(Icchin glue)

友禅染より古く、すでに桃山時代から使われていた古典技法の一つです。
小麦粉を使った糊で、ひび割れが特徴です。「桔梗」月の表現に用いています。
　 It is one of the older classic techniques that have been used since the Momoyama Era. The glue is made of flour and has a feature of crack. I am using it in the expression of moon on the work of "Chinese bellflower".

● 杢目摺り
Mokumezuri(Taking the grain of cloth )

杢目を生地に写し取る技法です。「おしどり」の水辺の表現に用いています。
It is technique that grain of cloth is printed . I am using it in the expression of water side on the work of "Mandarin duck".

●うたし糊
Utashi-nori(Utashi glue)

粘りの強いもち糊で表現します。暖かみのある仕上がりになります。
「梅花」の雪の表現に用いています。
It is made of glutinous rice glue,and it has the warmth finish by using Utashi glue.I am using it in the expression of snow on the work of "Ume blossom".
